Grown Up and Me: Fibers: Mending/Sashiko with Jane "Ms.Thimble" Gagliardi

Ages: 6+

Do you have clothes or belongings that have holes, rips, or tears? This class will teach Sashiko, a traditional Japanese method of decorative mending and reinforcement. This class provides materials to practice, but if you have non-stretch items that need repair such as shirts, pants, or bags, please bring them along so you can get bragging-rights for having given it a new life! Both grown up and child will be able to work on their own mending project.

Students are encouraged to bring their own fabric if desired. Studio fabric is also availble for use.

You do not need to bring any materials.

Registration is required 3 days before the start of a class or workshop.

You are not registered unless paid in full.

You will need to register each person separately to get all discounts.
