Printmaking: Reduction Block

Join Lindsey in the print studio to create a multi-layer linoleum block! Students will draw an image on a linoleum block and carve sections away- one layer at a time. Using this technique- students will create a layered, colored print from a single linoleum block! Expect to carve/print your image four times to build up color and imagery. This results in an edition of intricate prints for you to take home or share with friends.

This class is great for all skill levels; please bring ideas or sketches to class!
