About the Course

Sewing Curves with Sey Bryant

This class is designed for beginner to early-intermediate sewists who want to master the art of sewing smooth, accurate curves. Students will learn why curves behave differently from straight seams and how to control fabric for professional-looking results. Through guided practice, you’ll explore essential techniques such as proper pinning and clipping, seam allowance control, pivoting, and easing fabric around convex and concave curves. By the end of the class, you’ll confidently sew curves found in garments, bags, and home décor projects, improving both fit and finish in your sewing projects.

***Machines are available for use, but students are encouraged to bring their own machine.***
